Attention to detail is important to us, we provide a very clean well appointed home for an unforgettable experience. Brand new Daikin silent aircondioner with Daikin special filter cabinet installed 90 days ago. This is not an income property! This is our primary residence. We only rent out this home when we are staying at our home in Europe, or South Africa. The rental is only available for minimum 30 days December 2024 and or January 2025 for 30 days 45 days or 60 days. If rent for both December 2024 and January 2025 we will drop the rental to $ 20,000.00 for the entire 60 day stay. For the entire duration of your stay the villa will be cleaned once a week by a professional cleaning service. This villa has a large sunny open plan living room with vaulted ceilings large TV with Xfinity cable all channels that include HBO - HBO Max - Peacock - and DVR with on Demand movies. Fully equipped large chef's kitchen with big windows, built-in appliances, and every conceivable small appliance available. The master bedroom has a king bed suite with a new very comfortable mattress, vaulted ceilings, walk in closet, large TV, and a big en-suite bathroom walking shower twin vanities and a bathtub. The guest bedroom has a king bed suite with comfortable mattress TV, full bathroom walk-in shower. The third bedroom is being used as an office only and equipped with fast Wi-Fi covering the entire home. Office has a large monitor, printer, and a shredder. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer, sink and cupboards. Double garage with another stainless-steel French door fridge-freezer. Comfortable lanai with motorized screens with remote and a fully equipped built-in outdoor kitchen with a fridge, sink, large BBQ, and a large industrial two motor extractor hood. Lanai also includes comfortable lounging couches with a coffee table for 6 and a second dining table for six. There is a communal pool, heated in the winter that is shared by only the Leeward Cay residents, some residents have their own pools. We have a generator that is wired directly into the home electrical board and covers all four fridges lights TV and internet wall plugs. We would be happy to send more photos of the home and garden.
