I only rent out this home when I am traveling. For the entire duration of your stay the villa will be cleaned every other week by a cleaning service. Fully equipped large chef's kitchen with big windows, built-in appliances, and every conceivable small appliance available. The primary bedroom has a king bed suite with a new very comfortable mattress, walk in closet, desk, and a big en-suite bathroom walking shower, twin vanities and a soaking bathtub. One guest bedroom has a queen bed suite with comfortable mattress and shares a full bath with bathtub/shower with the other guest room that has twin beds and a desk. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer, sink and cupboards. Comfortable lanai with 2 comfortable lounging chaises and a dining table for 4. There is a communal pool with hot tub, heated in the winter, that is shared by only the Regatta Landing residents. This rental may include social privileges at the Windstar club along with tennis, bocce and fitness for $400/month. Please note that golf is not included. This rental is conveniently located to many excellent restaurants within walking distance, Celebration Park, Naples Botanical Garden and the East Naples Community Park (which has 62 pickleball courts) is only 1 mile away. There is also a beach shuttle to Keeywadin Island that runs twice daily to a private beach for Windstar residents only.
